Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take corrective action as needed. Deliver patient-centered care across a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and other physical care requirements safely. Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and follow-up instructions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Required Registered Nurse (RN) with current Florida license or compact state license. Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred. Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (hospital, LTACH, home health, or rehab considered). Current BLS certification. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire). Experience in Med-Surg or high-acuity units. Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $30.76-$41.50/hr with applicable shift and certification differentials. Sign-On Bonus: $15K Nights / $10K Days (partial payout at hire, remainder in 6-month increments). Relocation assistance up to $5K with approval.
