Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) Psych New Grad Residency Program USA Positions for experienced RNs also available $12000 US sign on bonus Up to $2500 relocation 1 month of housing provided upon arrival Indiana, USA (Approx 6 hrs from Toronto, 2-3 hrs from Windsor) Med-Surg or Behavioural Health available for new grads Full time, Permanent position Various 12 hr shifts available Various medical and surgical units available WILL CONSIDER NEW GRADS-Med Surg and Psych units Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities Plans and provides high quality nursing care to patients Administer medications, provide and render treatment to patients Communicate with physicians, LPNs, radiologists and other medical professionals Collaborate with physicians to create a Plan of Care for each patient Consider the age of the patient and his or her emotional stability when determining appropriate treatment Create and contribute to patients’ medical records as needed Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their families Counsel patients and family members before, during and after treatment **Please note: Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to sponsor for immigration to the USA.
