Nursing opportunities at Epworth We are currently seeking passionate and experienced, educated nurses and associate nurse unit managers (nurses with team management experience) with current AHPRA registration to come join us. Exciting opportunities for highly motivated Registered Nurses looking to grow, to lead and inspire our dedicated and enthusiastic teams to deliver best practice and provide patient centred care. You will make an impact by: Delivering exceptional patient experience and care Playing an active part within a high functioning proactive team Utilising your broad knowledge and experience within a small, flexible environment Promoting a safe working environment Having a strong leadership presence and delivering an exceptional patient experience within the unit. Ensuring patient flow is managed whilst providing high standards of patient care. Facilitating effective patient access and clinical service mapping from both a financial and staffing perspective. You will have: Current AHPRA nursing registration or eligible for AHPRA registration A strong, supportive, collaborative, and engaging style Well-developed proactive time management and prioritisation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Commitment to your own professional development The ability to work within a team focused environment Passion about patient centred care grounded in high quality clinical outcomes Registered Nurse Position Description PD - Associate Nurse Unit Manager Inherent Requirement (Perioperative Services) Inherent Requirement (Ward) We will review applications as we receive them. Visa sponsorship and tailored support will be available for the right candidate The annual salary range for full time Registered Nurses – AUD $71,623 - $100,565 + super + entitlements dependant on year level and position/experience (prorated for part-time). The annual salary range for full time ANUM – AUD $112,835 - $116,515 + super + entitlements ,dependant on year level and position (prorated for part-time).
