Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Sebring, FL Full-Time | Nights | Rotating Weekends Pay Range: $30.34 to $41.50/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus & Relocation: Case-by-case basis Overview Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Sebring, Florida. This full-time night shift role offers the opportunity to provide advanced respiratory care in a modern hospital setting. You'll play an essential role in diagnosing and treating patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders, using leading-edge technology and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Perform and document comprehensive respiratory assessments, including breath sounds and airway patency. Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy. Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate patient response to treatment. Initiate, monitor, and maintain invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. Assist in the placement and maintenance of artificial airways. Respond promptly to emergency codes and ensure airway integrity during resuscitation. Transport ventilator-dependent patients safely within the facility. Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to optimize respiratory care plans.
