Regulatory Compliance Manager (GGL / German Market)

A licensed B2C online gaming operator is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead its regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on the German market.

The role

• Manage regulatory compliance across several licensed jurisdictions
• Own the relationship with regulators, especially the German regulator (GGL)
• Handle licensing processes, regulatory reporting and audits
• Make sure operational teams stay compliant on an ongoing basis

Must-have: German licence (GGL) experience

You need strong, end-to-end, hands-on experience with the German licence. That means you have managed the full process yourself: preparation, application, obtaining the licence and handling the compliance requirements that follow. Experience limited to the initial application stages would not be sufficient.

Other requirements

• 3+ years of compliance experience within a licensed B2C iGaming operator
• Direct experience dealing with regulators
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulatory compliance
• Stable employment history
• Excellent English
• German is a strong plus. Candidates without German who have extensive, hands-on experience of the full process will also be considered.

Location and working model

• Cyprus (Limassol): On-site during the 6-month probation period, then a possibility of hybrid working
• EU remote: Possible on a consultancy basis, with occasional visits to Cyprus
