Relationship Manager

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a rapidly scaling international bank.

If you are an ambitious Sales or Customer Service professional based in Malaysia and ready to relocate to Singapore, this is your gateway to a global financial hub.

You’ll receive structured training to help you build your knowledge of banking, investments and wealth solutions. You’ll also be supported as you develop relationships with customers and grow your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Understand their financial goals and needs
• Introduce suitable banking, protection and wealth solutions
• Grow your customer portfolio and assets under management
• Work toward individual sales and service targets
• Ensure all customer dealings meet the bank’s compliance standards

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen ready to relocate to Singapore
• Minimum 2 years in banking OR 5+ years in a non-banking sales/customer service role.
• Highly resilient, target-driven, and experienced in dealing with premium clientele.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (written and Spoken) and English
• Previous work experience in customer support, speaking to high valued customers.
