Job Description

Our banking client is looking for a Relationship Officer – Business Banking to source and acquire business accounts while building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new business accounts for the partner bank.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure applications meet the bank’s eligibility, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and minimize customer complaints.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities for relevant banking products and services.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow all applicable bank policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in Retail Banking or SME Banking Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer acquisition and relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking products and business account-opening processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
