Your Role:
Be the friendly voice and helpful hand for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
Solve problems and provide top-notch support (well teach you everything you need to know!)
Keep things organized and help us make the customer experience even better
Work closely with an energetic, multicultural team that supports you
What You Bring:
Fluency in Dutch (C2)
and
good English (B2+)
A great communicator with a natural problem-solving mindset
Eager to learn, positive, and ready for a new adventure
No experience? No problem full training provided!
Must be living in Greece or ready to relocate (remote work is only allowed from within Greece)
