About the role:
We are seeking a Residential Aged Care Faciilty Manager for a small not- for -profit residential aged care facility, servicing Hillston and surrounding communities. Significant aged care experience is a prerequisite to step into a management role at an amazing facility renowned for its caring and compassionate culture.
The Manager will be coordinating and leading the care team in a supportive and flexible working environment. The facility has an excellent local reputation with a community feel, run by a progressive board committed to development and growth.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in Aged Care and Dementia Care
- Strong background in clinical leadership
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing the Aged Care
- Demonstable experience ACFI IPC Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Criminal Record check
