What You'll Do: You're the hero in the van, rolling out to fix issues, install shiny new fixtures, or make sure that old wiring is up to snuff. Here’s the rundown: You'll handle troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in homes. Communicate with homeowners—break down the techy talk into human terms, so they feel comfortable and clued in. Stay sharp with regular training on the latest in electrical tech and safety standards. Who You Are: You’re officially licensed as a Residential Wireman or Journeyman to work as an electrician in Texas. You've been in the game for at least 3 years, ideally with a focus on service and repair. Troubleshooting ninja? That’s what we’re looking for! You're all about keeping customers happy and can handle any curveballs with a cool head. Independent, good with time management, and ready to hustle. Physically fit to lift, climb, and crawl without breaking a sweat. Clean driving record? Check. That’s a must. Clean background? Yep, we require it!
