Retail Management Trainee

Role: Retail Management Trainee, focused on developing store leadership skills through hands-on training and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Shadow, assist, and support store management in daily operations
• Learn performance management, disciplinary actions, and communication with staff
• Participate in associate recognition programs and fulfill various store associate duties
• Gain familiarity with store departments, merchandise receiving, inventory control, and support activities such as ecommerce shipping
• Perform store walkthroughs and learn HR processes, including interviewing and training coordination
• Engage in pricing activities like ad preparation and price adjustments

Qualifications & Skills:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to relocate upon program completion (relocation assistance available)

Key Duties: Participate in leadership training, support store operations, learn department functions, and develop skills necessary for store management roles.
