Role Description The Retail Manager role at The Jobs N Visa ANZ is a full-time, on-site position based in Brisbane, Queensland. The Retail Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, and ensuring a clean, well-organized retail environment. This role includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to optimize customer experience. The Retail Manager will handle customer inquiries and escalations, aim to improve customer satisfaction, and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and performance targets. The role also involves coaching and developing team members, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular operational and sales reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience resolving issues and enhancing overall customer experience.
• Demonstrated Team Management experience, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Solid Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or similar environment.
• Experience in retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Victoria, Australia, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
