A rural community healthcare facility located east of Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team!
Pay: $145,000 - $193,000 / annually
Retail Pharmacist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Day shift; Monday through Friday schedule
- $10,000 sign-on bonus

Retail Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including Pharmacy Technicians and Billing Clerks
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and proper storage
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory and ensure medications are stored according to regulatory standards
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies
Retail Pharmacist Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Pharmacist license required
- Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and medication management
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
