THE ROLE

The Talent Hunter is looking for an experienced Retention Manager to lead and develop a high-performing FX Retention team in Mexico.

This is a management position for an experienced professional who has already worked as a Retention Manager in the FX industry and has a proven track record of delivering results.

We are looking for a strong commercial leader who can take ownership of the desk, drive performance, develop agents and build a high-performing retention operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the FX Retention department.
  • Set, monitor and drive daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
  • Develop effective retention, reactivation and client-engagement strategies.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs and take corrective action where required.
  • Coach and develop Retention Managers/Agents to maximise performance.
  • Analyse team performance, conversion, retention and revenue results.
  • Handle escalations and support the team with complex client situations.
  • Work closely with Conversion, Sales, CRM, Compliance and Operations.
  • Maintain a strong performance-driven and professional team culture.
  • Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall desk performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Retention Manager in the FX industry.
  • Management experience is mandatory — Team Leader-only experience is not sufficient.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Strong knowledge of FX/CFD retention operations.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and objection-handling abilities.
  • Highly target-driven and commercially focused.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and performance KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international FX environment.
  • Fluent Spanish is required.
  • English is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary package.
  • Performance-based bonus/commission structure.
  • Professional international working environment.
  • Career growth opportunities.
  • Relocation package available for suitable candidates.
  • Opportunity to build and lead a high-performing FX Retention team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want a proven FX Retention Manager — not someone making their first step into management.

If you have successfully managed an FX Retention team, understand the numbers behind a profitable retention desk and know how to turn performance into results, we want to hear from you.

Minimum 1 year in the same position within the FX industry. Proven performance is essential.
