About the company
We're hiring on behalf of a Sequoia-backed AI startup building an autonomous time agent that handles the full complexity of scheduling (time zones, group coordination and in-person logistics) like an executive assistant that never sleeps. It's one of the first multiplayer, stateful AI agents: it coordinates between multiple people, keeps context across conversations and takes real actions in the world.
The company came out of stealth recently and crossed $1M ARR quickly, with 100% inbound growth and zero marketing or outbound. The team is 16 people in San Francisco, roughly half women and half men, who ship constantly, hold a high bar and value output over facetime.
The role
This is the company's first dedicated Revenue Operations / GTM Engineering hire: a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports, near-zero oversight and no predefined playbook.
What you'll do
- Build the GTM tooling stack from the ground up: configure the CRM, instrument pipeline, and connect data across sales, customer success and product feedback systems
- Own the legal and security review process to close enterprise deals faster: manage outside counsel and security consultants, and drive redlines and security questionnaires to completion
- Partner with sales and customer success on pipeline forecasting, account health scoring and QBR tooling
- Build AI agents and automations for repeatable GTM workflows such as lead qualification, security questionnaire drafting and product feedback routing
- Lead activation strategy for large enterprise accounts, turning 10 power users into company-wide adoption
- Find the highest-impact GTM problems on your own and solve them end to end
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years in Revenue Operations, GTM engineering, deal desk, Strategy & Operations or BizOps
- Experience building GTM systems from scratch at a high-growth startup (ideally as an early ops or RevOps hire)
- Hands-on CRM administration in Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio
- A daily AI power user who has personally built agents and automations for GTM workflows (e.g., with Claude Code or Codex)
- Experience with deal desk, legal or security review workflows for enterprise deals
- Comfortable with high ambiguity; you execute rather than delegate
Nice to have
- Experience managing outside counsel or security vendors
- Familiarity with the GTM tooling ecosystem (Gong, Clari, Clay, etc.) and evaluating new tools
Location & compensation
- San Francisco, CA: in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; Wednesdays are work from home. Must be based in or willing to relocate to SF.
- Base salary: $150,000–$200,000, plus a competitive equity package
- Open to visa transfers (e.g., OPT, H-1B transfers)
