Job Summary: RK Subaru is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This is a full-time, position in the auto industry. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in repairing and maintaining vehicles for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set, a passion for the automotive industry, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. Automotive Technician Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21 to $40 per hour, paid weekly. Diagnose and troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical issues with vehicles. Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve problems efficiently. Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety procedures. Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and education. Automotive Technician Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Basic computer skills. Excellent mechanical and technical skills. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must provide own tools.
