RN Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit . This role is ideal for nurses with a strong acute care background who are interested in working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative ICU environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for post–cardiac surgery ICU patients Perform frequent assessments and close monitoring Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making Requirements 1+ year of Acute Care RN experience (ICU experience not required) Active RN license in Florida or Compact State ADN required | BSN preferred BLS required ACLS within 6 months of hire NIHSS certification within 30 days CCRN preferred (required within 2 years) Compensation & Differentials Hourly rate: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience) Specialty differential: +$2.50/hr Night shift differential: +$3/hr Weekend differential: +$2/hr Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 for night shift only (case by case) Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid family leave Employee wellness and counseling programs Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates Additional Information Full-time position No visa sponsorship available ICU specialty training and certification support provided
