As Manager in the Labor & Delivery department at Clovis Community, you'll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment. Qualifications Qualifications High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare-related Bachelor’s degree preferred Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
