RN Manager PACU | Richmond, Virginia Full-Time, Days (No Weekends) | Permanent Position Pay Range: $48.44 to $70.50/hour (based on experience) Estimated Annual: $100,755 to $146,640 Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case Overview A leading acute care hospital in the Richmond, VA region is seeking an experienced RN Manager for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) . This key leadership role oversees pre-admission testing, same-day surgery, PACU, and endoscopy areas, ensuring exceptional care standards and operational efficiency across the perioperative service line. The ideal candidate is a strong nurse leader with extensive perioperative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to fostering excellence in patient safety, staff engagement, and service quality.
