Description Location: Cherry County Hospital- Valentine, NE 69201 Positions Available Med-Surg / Emergency Room (ER) Labor & Delivery (L&D) / Float Med-Surg Shift Options Full-Time Part-Time PRN Block Shifts Night Shifts Compensation: Starting at $40.94- $45.50 (based on experience) Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 Relocation: $7,500 Shift Differential: Sunday – Thursday Nights - $3.50/hour Friday – Saturday Nights - $6.00/hour Weekend Days $2.50/hour Charge Differential: $3.00/hour Join Our Team – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical & OB/GYN Cherry County Hospital & Clinic in Valentine, Nebraska is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Medical/Surgical and OB/GYN departments while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families in our rural community. Position Highlights Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for medical/surgical and OB/GYN patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care (as assigned) Perform fetal monitoring and OB assessments when working in Women's Health Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion Respond effectively to changes in patient condition while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills Commitment to teamwork, compassionate care, and professional growth OB experience is preferred for nurses working in Women's Health but is not required Why Join Cherry County Hospital & Clinic?
