About the Role
Join an R&D team at a Series A robotics company building software for AI-driven robots in production environments. You will work across the robotics stack to help deliver reliable systems that perform in real-world facilities.
What You'll Do
Coordinate real-time robot software, motion planning systems, and machine learning pipelines across multiple platforms.
Build and maintain data-labeling tools, perception systems, and compilers for robotics applications.
Contribute across the stack, from firmware and hardware integration to cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with teammates to design, develop, and ship systems for robotic applications.
Deploy software in customer facilities and improve performance based on real-world operation.
What We're Looking For
One to three years of software engineering experience in robotics, automation, or embedded systems.
Strong Python skills and programming fundamentals; experience with TypeScript and React is a plus.
Experience developing and shipping software for production robots or other physical systems, including hardware and software integration.
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as ROS, C/C++, Docker, Kubernetes, and systemd.
A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, robotics, or a related engineering field.
Ownership of engineering outcomes and comfort adapting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $130,000 to $180,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
