As a Resort Host , you will be at the forefront of the guest journey — combining service, local knowledge, and hands-on support to ensure every stay runs smoothly from arrival to departure. About the Role This is a highly active, guest-facing role that blends hospitality with on-the-ground operations. You will be supporting guests throughout their stay, assisting with transportation, arrivals and departures, and day-to-day requests. You also will be helping housekeeping operations as needed. Working as part of a close-knit international team, you will play a key role in ensuring guests feel supported, informed, and well looked after throughout their time in Niseko. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming guests on arrival and supporting smooth check-in and departure experiences Assisting with transportation within the resort and coordinating guest movements Supporting guests with day-to-day enquiries and providing local recommendations Ensuring properties are prepared and presented to a high standard for guest arrival Conducting routine checks to maintain property condition and readiness Assisting with a variety of operational tasks across the resort environment Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Acting as a friendly, professional, and approachable point of contact for guests A reliable and detail-oriented individual with pride in their work Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Who We’re Looking For A positive, energetic, and service-driven individual Confident interacting with international guests in a professional manner Comfortable working in an active, outdoor role in winter conditions A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet Strong teamwork and communication skills A valid driver’s license and confidence driving in winter conditions preferred Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage What We Can Offer You Competitive hourly rate Subsidized staff accommodation Staff benefits and local discounts A variety of shift patterns across the season Social events and team activities Opportunity for contract extension or return seasons Visa support available for suitable candidates Ready for the Season of a Lifetime?
