What we do

Circle B builds sustainable IT infrastructure for the AI and cloud era. For over a decade, we have designed and deployed datacenter, edge, and AI/HPC systems on Open Compute Project (OCP) hardware. We are independent, vendor-neutral, and ISO 9001 / 14001 / 27001 certified, with deployments across multiple countries. Our newest initiative is a sovereign EU GPU cloud — operating under full Dutch/EU jurisdiction and beyond the reach of the US CLOUD Act, for regulated European organizations that cannot compromise on where their data lives.

The opportunity

As our GPU Account Executive, you’ll own and advance qualified sales opportunities, converting interest into signed business. Partnering closely with our SDR, who handles top-of-funnel prospecting, you’ll manage the entire mid-to-late sales cycle: leading discovery, solution alignment, presentations, proposals and deal closure. You won’t only wait for the SDR’s meetings. We want someone who is out there bringing in new business: opening conversations with European AI companies, working your network and events, and turning first contacts into customers. This role is ideal for a sales professional who combines technical fluency with commercial instincts, thrives in a fast-growing environment, and wants to shape how a new business goes to market.

What you’ll do

Bring in new business

  • Build your own pipeline alongside the SDR’s: outbound, your network, referrals and events
  • Represent Circle B at trade shows, meetups and industry forums, and follow up on everything you open there

Own qualified opportunities

  • Own and progress qualified leads from the SDR, with a smooth handoff and prompt follow-up
  • Run tailored discovery: training, inference, GPU configuration, storage and networking, timing, contract term, where the data has to live, and how the customer buys
  • Keep an active pipeline and a forecast the business can plan against

Sell the solution and close

  • Act as a business partner: scope the right configuration for the workload and translate technical detail into business value. Recommending the smaller or cheaper option because it fits counts as a win here
  • Be straight about where we don’t fit, and disqualify early
  • Deliver presentations and demos, and work with our Solutions Architect on technical questions, benchmarks and validation on live hardware
  • Generate custom proposals, negotiate, and structure multi-year committed-capacity contracts
  • Build long-term customer relationships, and hand over cleanly to onboarding after signature

Shape how we sell

  • Feed customer needs, objections and market trends back to marketing, product and technical teams
  • Keep the CRM accurate and track conversion rates, cycle times and win/loss to improve the playbook
  • Stay current on AI infrastructure, GPU technology (including the NVIDIA ecosystem) and competitors
  • Use AI tools for account research and first drafts, then apply your own judgement before anything goes out

What success looks like

  • First 60 days: you know the product, pricing and target accounts, you have joined live calls, and your first researched outreach is out
  • First 90 days: you run outbound on your own and you are progressing the SDR’s meetings through to proposal
  • First 180 days: a growing book of signed committed-capacity contracts, including deals you sourced yourself.

What we’re looking for

Core requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience across the full sales cycle. Cloud, infrastructure, hosting is the most direct fit. Other industry experiences are welcome, given you can show us how it translates into the role.
  • A hunter’s drive: new customers you opened yourself from a cold start, and an appetite for getting out there to bring in new business
  • Technical fluency, or a record of learning a technical domain quickly. You’ll discuss GPU specifications, networking, training versus inference and per-GPU-hour economics with CTOs. You don’t need GPU knowledge today, and we will test how quickly you pick it up
  • The ability to build trust with engineers as well as decision-makers (CTOs, procurement)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Highly desirable

  • Connection with AI companies, as prospects, customers, colleagues or network.
  • Experience selling GPU-as-a-Service, cloud compute or AI infrastructure
  • Experience with multi-year committed or reserved-capacity contracts
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workloads or Kubernetes
  • Fluent Dutch

The working style that succeeds here

  • You go after new business rather than waiting for it to arrive
  • You ask questions before giving answers, and you say “I don’t know, I’ll find out” rather than bluff. One wrong technical claim ends an account with this buyer
  • You stay persistent through long cycles.
  • You’re comfortable without a finished playbook, and you bring structure without bureaucracy

Working model

This is an on-site role in Hoofddorp, 5 days per week, to stay close to the team and execution environment. Expect regular travel to customers and industry events across Europe.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary + OTE Benefits
  • Pension scheme
  • Visa sponsorship
  • Company gym
  • Modern office in Hoofddorp
  • Informal and open working culture
  • Participation in relevant conferences and exhibitions across Europe
  • Opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-growing technology environment

Our Work Culture

Circle B offers an informal working atmosphere with energetic people who enjoy being part of a growing technology company. We have an open management culture and encourage colleagues to contribute to improving our products, services, and processes. If this sounds like a good fit, please send your CV and motivation letter to: surbi@tauruseu.com

In your motivation letter, please also answer these two questions in a few sentences each:

  1. Describe a new customer you opened yourself from a cold start. What was the deal size, and how long did it take from first contact to signature?
  2. Which technical subject have you had to learn from scratch in order to sell it, and how did you know you had learned it well enough?
