Job Responsibilities (営業担当)

New business development and recruitment services for companies employing Specified Skilled Workers and temporary staff.
Lead generation through digital marketing (including social media).
Regular visits to and follow-up with existing client companies.
Coordination of interview schedules for foreign candidates and other communications with companies.
Proposing support services provided as a registered support organization (daily-life support, regular interviews, etc.) and handling contract procedures.
Follow-up support for foreign personnel (Specified Skilled Workers and temporary staff).

Qualifications

Graduated within the past three years with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Marketing Management, Japanese Studies, or a related field.
MUST have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 or above, with a valid certificate.
Willingness to relocate to and reside in Hiroshima, Japan (around Feb 2027)
Strong interest in corporate sales and client relationship development.
Ability to perform all work-related duties and communication in Japanese.

Salary: JPY 210,000/month + overtime pay
