The Watch Scanner is a leading name in luxury pre-owned watches, connecting collectors and enthusiasts with some of the finest timepieces in the world. We're looking for a Sales Assistant / Brand Promoter to join our team and represent The Watch Scanner at Nikki Beach Dubai — one of the city's most iconic and exclusive destinations.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role suited to someone who is confident, personable, and passionate about luxury and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Engage with beach club guests at Nikki Beach, introducing them to The Watch Scanner and its collection

Promote the brand and build brand awareness through a variety of activations and guest interactions

Convert guest interactions into qualified sales leads

Support the sales team throughout the client journey, with a focus on new client acquisition and lead generation

Communicate with clients when needed to support the sales process

Handle day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks

Take on a mix of responsibilities ranging from behind-the-scenes support to direct client engagement

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred

Eager to learn, proactive, and self-motivated

Knowledge of watches or watch brands is a plus, but not required

Fluent English (mandatory)

Fluency in at least one additional European language (e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, or similar) — mandatory

Polished, confident, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth clientele
