About Homevy
Homevy is a Dubai holiday-homes management company combining thoughtful hospitality, technology, and transparent owner communication. We help property owners manage their short-term rentals, taking care of everything from furnishing and photography to pricing, guest management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Coordinator to support our Senior Sales Manager with sales administration, enquiry follow-up, and acquisition coordination. This role suits someone organised and proactive, with an interest in developing their sales skills.
Previous holiday-home or real estate experience is welcome, but isn’t required.
The Role
You’ll support our Senior Sales Manager with the administration and coordination that keep our acquisition pipeline moving, while developing the skills to generate and qualify new opportunities.
Initially, your focus will be learning Homevy’s services and systems, maintaining accurate CRM records, arranging meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating follow-ups and onboarding handovers.
Following training, you’ll be expected to research and contact prospective referral partners, particularly real estate agents, respond to owner enquiries, qualify opportunities, and book well-prepared meetings for the sales lead.
You’ll manage agreed outreach and follow-up activity alongside your administrative responsibilities. Prospecting and meeting generation are core parts of the role. We’ll provide coaching and introduce clear targets as you become confident and capable; the sales lead will remain responsible for detailed commercial proposals, negotiations, and closing.
What You'll Do
- Keep the sales process organised
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including contact details, property information, conversation notes, lead sources, and next steps.
- Arrange owner and agent meetings, send confirmations, and prepare clear briefing notes for the sales lead.
- Track follow-up actions so enquiries, proposals, and outstanding documents receive attention on time.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and management-agreement packs using approved templates and information supplied by the team.
- Keep shared folders, contact lists, and sales documents organised and up to date.
- Prepare simple weekly updates showing new enquiries, meetings, outstanding actions, and opportunities requiring attention.
2. Generate and qualify sales opportunities
- Respond to inbound enquiries within agreed response times, using approved guidance and asking for the information needed to move the conversation forward.
- Qualify enquiries against agreed criteria, gathering property details, availability, the owner’s priorities, and the relevant decision-maker before booking a meeting.
- Build and maintain an assigned prospect list of owners, real estate agents, and referral partners using agreed sources and criteria.
- Following training, take ownership of agreed introductory outreach and follow-up sequences by phone, email, and other approved channels, with a particular focus on real estate agents.
- Develop agent referral relationships by sharing approved information, following up consistently, booking qualified meetings, and keeping referral records accurate.
- Escalate detailed commercial questions to the sales lead, who will approve revenue projections, negotiate terms, and lead closing discussions.
3. Coordinate paperwork and onboarding handovers
- Collect and organise owner and property documents using the team’s checklists.
- Track agreement signatures, missing information, and agreed next steps.
- Liaise with the onboarding and operations teams to keep everyone informed of progress and outstanding items.
- Ensure the handover records the owner’s expectations, approved terms, key contacts, and proposed launch timeline.
- Flag delays early and follow up with the responsible person.
Ongoing owner account management, financial reporting, and property operations sit with the relevant service teams. Your role is to support a complete and timely handover.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisation and attention to detail: you keep track of tasks and follow through.
- Clear spoken and written English, with a professional and helpful communication style.
- An interest in sales, relationship-building, and learning about Dubai’s property market.
- Willingness to speak with new people and develop confidence in phone conversations and outreach.
- Comfort using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and shared documents, and an ability to learn new systems.
- Good judgement about when to take the next step and when to ask for guidance.
- Openness to feedback and a practical approach to learning.
- Discretion when handling owner information, contracts, and business records.
Experience in administration, customer service, coordination, hospitality, or sales support would be useful. Early-career applicants with relevant internships, projects, or transferable experience are welcome.
Helpful, but not Essential
- Experience using a CRM or tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Attio, or Zoho.
- Experience arranging meetings, following up with customers, or preparing documents.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s neighbourhoods or property market.
- Arabic or other additional languages.
How we’ll measure success
During your initial months, we’ll focus on:
- Accurate, up-to-date records and well-organised documents.
- Timely responses and consistent follow-up.
- Well-prepared meetings with suitable prospects.
- Complete onboarding handovers and early identification of missing information.
- Growing confidence in our services, systems, and introductory sales conversations.
Your progression will move from learning the service and shadowing conversations, to supervised outreach and qualification, then ownership of an assigned prospect list. After training, agreed targets will cover outreach, follow-up, and qualified meetings held, alongside administrative quality. We’ll protect time for prospecting and assess meeting quality and attendance as well as activity levels.
Working at Homevy
Hospitality, reliability, intentionality, quality service, and transparency guide how we work. That applies to how we work with colleagues as much as how we look after owners and guests.
One of our working principles is “anti-ping-pong”: give a clear answer, include the relevant context, and explain what happens next so people don’t need to chase for the basics. When you don’t know an answer, check with the right person and follow through.
We value people who write things down, keep others informed, notice missing details, and suggest practical improvements. You’ll receive guidance on our services and processes, with regular feedback as you learn. We expect you to ask questions, take ownership of agreed tasks, and flag competing priorities early.
What we offer
- A fixed monthly salary, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities.
- A quarterly performance bonus linked to agreed goals for sales support, follow-up, onboarding coordination, and qualified opportunities. The bonus structure and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before joining.
- Training in Homevy’s services, systems, and sales process.
- Day-to-day guidance from the sales lead and exposure to owner and agent conversations.
- A supported progression from sales administration and supervised outreach to ownership of prospecting, qualification, and meeting generation.
- Visa, health insurance, and annual leave.
