Sales Consultant - Residency & Citizenship by Investment (Arabic Speaking)

TVG Citizenship by Investment is a Dubai-based advisory firm, part of The Virmani Group, helping high-net-worth clients secure second residency and citizenship through investment programmes in the Caribbean and Europe. We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Sales Consultant to join our Business Bay team.

This is an entry-level role. You do not need prior experience in immigration or citizenship by investment - we will train you on the programmes, the compliance process and how to consult with clients. What we need is fluent Arabic, a real interest in sales, and the confidence to be a face of our brand.

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month plus commission on closed deals. Employment visa and medical insurance provided. Full-time, on-site at our Business Bay office in Dubai.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound leads from Arabic-speaking clients by phone, WhatsApp and in person
• Learn our residency and citizenship programmes and explain the options clearly to clients
• Qualify prospects, book consultations and follow up until the deal closes
• Appear in short marketing videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) explaining programmes and sharing client success stories - we have an in-house videographer
• Keep the CRM up to date and report weekly on your pipeline
• Build relationships with clients and partners across the GCC

What we are looking for

• Fluent Arabic (native or bilingual) and good working English
• 0-2 years in sales, customer service or any client-facing role, in any industry - fresh graduates welcome
• Comfortable being on camera: you will feature in marketing videos for our social channels
• Willing to learn a technical product and work towards monthly targets
• Presentable, confident and organised
• Based in the UAE, with a salary expectation in the AED 5,000 - 6,000 range
• Bonus: French, Russian or Farsi
