Sales Consultant – Residency & Citizenship Programmes

Devisers Immigration Advisers is hiring a Sales Consultant for our Dubai office. You will help prospective clients understand residency, business immigration and citizenship programmes, and guide them from first enquiry to the start of their application.

This is a client-facing sales role. You will work with qualified enquiries, hold consultations and build long-term relationships with clients from English-speaking markets, including the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients by phone, email, video call and in person.

• Understand each client's goals and check which of our services fit their needs.

• Explain programme options, requirements, costs and timelines clearly and accurately.

• Hold structured consultations and agree clear next steps with clients.

• Prepare proposals and help new clients start their application process.

• Coordinate the collection of client documents with our case-processing team.

• Keep leads, follow-ups and sales activity up to date in our CRM.

• Meet monthly sales and customer-service targets.

• Keep up to date with programme rules and changes.

• Follow company standards on compliance, confidentiality and ethical selling.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales, telesales or business development.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Experience selling to clients in the UK, USA, Canada or Australia, or a good understanding of these markets.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Comfortable selling high-value services with a longer sales cycle.

• Well organised, with good CRM and record-keeping habits.

• Able to work on-site from our Dubai office.

• Experience in immigration, legal, financial or other professional services is an advantage.
