**This position is ON-SITE in Austin, TX** We are currently seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Regional Sales leadership team. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of their responsibilities, and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day oversight. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager , this individual will work closely with Regional Managers and General Managers requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, communication, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating travel and accommodations, taking and organizing notes during executive meetings, managing schedules and priorities, and supporting a variety of administrative and organizational needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptionally organized —someone who anticipates needs, follows through consistently, and can be trusted to independently keep critical tasks and priorities moving forward. Status: Full-Time – Monday through Friday Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly based on previous experience Job Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
