Outspoken Video is a Dubai-based personal brand video agency helping busy founders, executives and professionals build their visibility through consistent, high-quality video content.
We’re looking for confident, polished sales professionals who can turn qualified interest into long-term clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities across phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and social media.
- Speak with founders, executives and professionals to understand their personal brand and content needs.
- Clearly present Outspoken Video’s packages and explain how our service can support their visibility and personal brand.
- Handle objections, follow up consistently and close new monthly clients.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and keep opportunities moving.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and represent the Outspoken brand professionally.
- Strong sales experience, ideally in B2B services, marketing, media, creative services, luxury or other high-value offers.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident communicating with founders, executives and senior professionals.
- Strong closing, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working toward clear monthly sales targets.
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Full-time role
- Hybrid: remote work with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
- Regular in-person team meetings, training and sales sessions in Dubai
- UAE visa sponsorship available
- AED base salary + commission
