Role Description The Sales Executive – Interior Fit Out / FF&E will focus on identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for interior fit out projects and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, delivering client presentations, and negotiating contracts in coordination with project and design teams. The Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new business, attending client meetings, coordinating with internal stakeholders on pricing and technical details, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

Sales of interior design services, contractor services, furnishing, fitout service, joinery.
Minimum 5years UAE experience in sales of Interior fitout services of commercial and residential projects
Proven track of sales for complete turn key projects, design to installation
Qualified interior designer or architect or civil engineer with a flair of business development. ability to generate leads, call, fix meetings, understand drawings, technical specifications, design details required by the customer and interpret to the production and installation projects teams.
Acquire premium projects and deliver high value quality finishing
Must have worked on commercial and residential projects with high value
Salary: AED 120000 to AED 240000 p.a. + car + fuel + performance-based commissions + visa + medical insurance + tickets + annual leave

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales within interior fit out and/or FF&E, with a strong understanding of project-based selling and procurement cycles.
Sales of interior design services, contractor services, furnishing, fit out service, joinery.
Should be working in reputed interior design and joinery firms in UAE minimum 3+ years
Ability to develop new business, manage key accounts, and build long-term client relationships in the UAE and wider GCC markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical and design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Mandatory exposure to residential & commercial projects in UAE
Familiarity with interior design, construction processes, and FF&E specifications, and comfort working alongside project managers and designers.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management and use of CRM or similar tools.
Reading drawing, suggest technical specifications and able to deliver sales numbers
Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
Must possess the network of lead generation like real estate agents, property management companies, holiday homes, owner associations, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel locally for client visits, meetings, and project inspections as required.
UAE Driver license is must

Ability to communicate in Hindi / Urdu
