Sales Executive – B2B Beauty & Wellness | Dubai

Maison Émeraude is a UAE-based premium shower filter brand, designed and manufactured in Seoul, South Korea.

Our products combine water filtration, skincare and aromatherapy, offering a premium solution for everyday showers.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to take ownership of our B2B sales and business development across the UAE.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and converting B2B opportunities across different channels, including:

* Beauty salons, clinics, gyms and wellness businesses

* Online beauty and lifestyle platforms

* Retailers and larger strategic accounts

* New B2B partnerships and distribution opportunities

Your responsibilities will include prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiations, closing deals and follow-ups, from the first contact through to conversion and account development.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can identify opportunities, open doors and turn prospects into long-term business relationships.

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and genuinely enjoys sales — someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, meeting decision-makers and closing deals.

Requirements

* Valid UAE driving licence

* Own car

* Fluent in English

* Arabic language skills are highly preferred

* Previous experience in B2B / direct sales

* Proven ability to prospect and close deals

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Confident with cold calling and face-to-face meetings

* Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven

* Experience in beauty, wellness, fitness, retail or hospitality is a plus

* Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, wellness or self-care is a strong plus

Only candidates with relevant sales experience, a valid UAE driving licence and their own car will be considered.

* AED 4,000–6,000/month basic salary, depending on experience and profile
