Sales Manager

Our client, a reputable company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the bottled water industry, FMCG, or trading to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Expand distribution networks and explore new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
• Manage sales operations, including order processing, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
• 3-4 years of relevant UAE sales experience in the bottled water industry, FMCG, or trading.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Experience in sales distribution, dealer network management, and customer relationship management.
• Billing and invoicing experience is essential.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of sales reporting, market analysis, and MS Excel.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic are preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000 per month, plus performance-based commission.
• Employment visa and medical insurance as per applicable UAE labour laws.
