Role Overview

Clédor is seeking motivated real estate sales professionals to assist with the sales of our development projects in the UAE. This position is perfect for candidates with experience on the developer side who are looking for a long-term career in real estate development sales. The ideal candidate will have an active broker network and prior experience working for a real estate developer.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating the project’s USP’s to customers and brokers
• Organising broker briefings and providing training and knowledge to brokers
• Managing the customer sales experience
• Creating a pool of committed and profitable network of local and international brokers to increase the company’s sales volume
• Acquiring new clients and managing existing clients
• Prepare and maintain client data and documentation
• Assist buyers in making informed decisions
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

• Prior work experience with a real estate developer with an extensive broker network
• Should have a deep understanding and knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration
