Regional Sales Manager – Middle East & Africa (MEA)

Location: Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA), Dubai, UAE

Brands: ECOVACS, TINECO & Other Leading Home Appliance Brands

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand B2B sales across the Middle East, GCC, Levant, and African markets.
• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, importers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Drive sales of robotic vacuum cleaners, smart floor washers, and other consumer electronics and home appliance products.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, order processing, and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.
• Achieve regional sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and distribution channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle East, GCC, Levant, and/or African markets.
• Existing distributor, wholesaler, importer, or retail channel networks are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently develop new accounts and close sales deals.
• Fluent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic or French language skills are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially oriented.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
