Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business growth across the UK healthcare market. You will generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and field sales, build relationships with pharmacies and clinics, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, working closely with senior leadership to close key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through targeted outbound calling.
• Conduct field visits to pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers.
• Present our services to decision makers.
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings and appointments.
• Close deals independently or alongside senior leadership.
• Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline.
• Track sales activity and report performance to management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales (3 years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Biomedical Science, Medical Technology or Biochemistry.
• Proven experience in outbound calling and field sales.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Resilient, persistent and target-driven.
• Excellent communication skills, with native-level English.
• Professional, personable and confident with decision makers.
• Knowledge of the GLP-1 market is an advantage.
