Sales Specialist with German

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global outsourcing company providing customer support and sales services across international markets. You will be hired directly by the employer.

Work Model: Hybrid

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00

Base Salary: 19,634-22,344 EUR gross annually

Annual Target Bonus: 2,914 EUR gross

About the Role:

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Specialist to join an international team. In this role, you will manage clients within a dedicated territory, drive renewals and sales, identify upsell opportunities, and support customers throughout onboarding to ensure successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and renewal targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Manage customers within a dedicated territory
• Support onboarding and encourage product adoption
• Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English and German, written and spoken
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proven track record of achieving individual or team targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or another CRM is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new tools and processes
