Job Title: Salesforce Business System Analyst

Location: Norfolk VA/ Dallas TX / NYC NY / Chicago IL (Onsite for 5 days)

Note: 2+ Healthcare industry is mandatory with BSA - Salesforce

Job Description:

• Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.
• Defines application problem by conferring with clients evaluating procedures and processes.
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Ensures operation by training client personnel and providing support.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.

What do we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Total Exp of 7-10 years
• 3+ years of experience working in a scaled agile framework development environment preferred
• Require minimum 2+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Experience in APIs implementation project, knowledge of FHIR APIs.
• Experience in Broker/Employer/Provider Portal Project implementation.
• Prior to B2C or direct consumer experience in mobile/web is preferred.
• Understands technical solution design and can communicate solution details to both business and technical peers
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident and able to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
