Requirement Notes (Candidate Job description below) : Seeking an experienced (10+ years) Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in application development, architecture, integration, and platform optimization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce capabilities that support Customer Service Representatives, Field Service, and Agent Desktop experiences. **** THIS IS A SENIOR/LEAD ROLE AND CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE HANDS ON SFDC DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE LEADING TEAM AND MENTORING. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE OF THE BELOW SALESFORCE CERTIFICATIONS AND BE ONSITE 2-3 DAYS A WEEK IN MIDTOWN AS WELL AS HAVING EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Candidates must possess three or more of the following Salesforce certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
• Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect

Highly Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect
• Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
