SAP Commerce Cloud Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud Team Lead to join a cloud-based solution project where you will play a key role in driving technical discussions and leading the development of an MVP. This is a collaborative, client-facing engagement requiring daily interaction with stakeholders. Occasional business travel to Houston, TX may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for the implementation of project designs
• Offer technical leadership and guidance to the development team
• Lead and drive technical discussions with both internal and client-facing stakeholders
• Collaborate with other development streams and build engineers to ensure seamless delivery
• Identify areas of improvement across processes, code, and team performance
• Coach, mentor, and monitor the knowledge growth of team members
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high code quality and reusability standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), including workflows, tasks, jobs, process engine, payments, checkout, order fulfillment, search & navigation, and storefront
• Expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud Integrations
• Proficiency in J2EE, Java 8, and Spring Framework
• Knowledge of NoSQL
• Familiarity with code standards, code review, and unit testing best practices
• Background in release strategy, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Experience with Scrum methodology
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to lead effective group discussions
• Professional business correspondence skills
• Adaptability and continuous learning mindset
• Team player with a customer-focused and innovative approach
