Role Description This is an on-site contract roles SAP S/HANA Consultanst located in Europe. The SAP Consultants will work closely with customer teams to analyze business requirements, design and optimize SAP solutions, and support end-to-end implementation activities. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating business processes, configuring relevant SAP modules, managing master data, and ensuring robust integration between SAP and other systems. The consultant will participate in workshops, prepare documentation, support testing and go-live activities, and provide knowledge transfer to client stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing issues proactively, and contributing to continuous improvement of SAP-related processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Consulting experience in SAP environments, including stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Knowledge of business processes within relevant domains (e.g., finance, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing) and how they map into SAP.
• Experience managing and maintaining SAP master data with a focus on data quality, governance, and consistency.
• Understanding of system integration concepts, including interfaces between SAP and third-party applications or legacy systems.
• Hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, MM, SD, FI/CO, PP) is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in contract consulting roles within automotive, aerospace, or large industrial enterprises is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Europe; eligibility for work visa support where required.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish or German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
