Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to drive sales and business development within the South Korean semiconductor market.

This is a customer-facing role requiring independent management of customer relationships, commercial negotiations, and the full sales cycle. The successful candidate will work closely with China HQ and must be willing to complete an initial one-month training program at the company's headquarters in China.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic accounts across the South Korean semiconductor market, prioritizing semiconductor end-manufacturers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base through proactive business development and relationship management.
Build and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers, including relevant commercial, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer needs assessment to quotations, commercial negotiations, contract execution, order follow-up, and payment collection.
Develop long-term customer partnerships through regular meetings, account reviews, and ongoing project follow-up.
Coordinate with internal technical, R&D, and delivery teams to address customer requirements and support commercial proposals.
Monitor industry developments, customer demand, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in South Korea.
Gather market intelligence and recommend strategies for customer acquisition and market expansion.
Work closely with China HQ to coordinate customer requirements, product information, business processes, and sales activities.
Track orders, project progress, and outstanding payments to support business performance and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits and domestic business trips throughout South Korea.
Travel to China HQ periodically for business meetings, factory audits, and refresher training.

Proven experience in semiconductor sales, business development, or key account management.
Direct commercial experience with semiconductor end-manufacturers is highly preferred.
Experience working with semiconductor equipment, components, or consumables companies is also valued.
Candidates with relevant wafer-fab or semiconductor materials experience may be considered based on their commercial experience and customer relationships.
Established relationships within the South Korean semiconductor market, with the ability to engage relevant customer organizations and decision-makers.
Demonstrated success in business development, commercial negotiations, strategic account management, or revenue generation.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, customer procurement practices, and the local semiconductor supply chain.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify opportunities and develop customer-focused solutions.
Willingness to complete an initial one-month training program at the company's headquarters in China.
Willingness to undertake domestic business travel in South Korea and periodic business trips to China.
