Senior 2D Animator

We are seeking talented 2D Animators to join our fast-paced creative team, focused on delivering high quality visual content for advertising and digital media. In this role, you will create engaging animations and motion graphics, often working across multiple variations and formats to support campaign deliverables. NOTE: Candidates must be open to work within USA time zones EST/EDT and PST/PDT hours. Key Responsibilities Create high quality 2D animations and motion graphics based on storyboards. Develop engaging visual content, including motion design, typography, and character based animations. Adapt and version animations efficiently across multiple formats, sizes, and campaign requirements. Collaborate with designers, 3D teams, and developers to ensure cohesive visual output and smooth integration into final deliverables. Maintain consistency and quality across all visual outputs, aligned with brand and creative guidelines. Refine and iterate on animations based on feedback while maintaining quality, consistency, and meeting project deadlines. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Must-Have Skills Proven experience as a 2D Animator with a strong portfolio or showreel. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate (Animate CC). Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, etc.). Experience in motion graphics and/or character animation. Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines. Good eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus): Experience creating animations for games or interactive media, including character motion and UI transitions. Understanding of animation optimization and adapting motion for different screen sizes and device performance. Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and 3D teams to align animations with user interaction and overall visual output. Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
