Senior Agent Deployment Engineer

About the Role

Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers at a conversational AI company. You will turn customer requirements into reliable agent implementations, working hands-on with customers and internal teams to improve customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Own the architecture and execution of customer AI agent builds, from initial scoping through implementation and evaluation.

• Partner with customers to define success, translate requirements into build plans, and deliver agents aligned with their business needs.

• Configure agent components, validate integrations, and help ensure agents perform reliably at scale.

• Collaborate with product, success, engineering, and go-to-market teams to share customer feedback and identify platform improvements.

• Surface implementation gaps and contribute to structured iteration on agent performance.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 or more years of relevant experience, with hands-on delivery of technical solutions for customers.

• Ability to write Python code and work with APIs, integrations, and technically complex B2B SaaS products.

• Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.

• Strong communication skills, clear technical thinking, and the ability to work effectively with customer stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical background is valued.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is CAD $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
