What You’ll Do

• Architect and deploy AI-driven applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Develop sleek, high-performance frontends in React, and build robust backends in Python or .NET Core.
• Integrate with Azure OpenAI to enable intelligent automation and next-gen internal tools.
• Design scalable data pipelines and event processing systems using Kafka and cloud technologies.
• Mentor a talented development team, guiding them through advanced AI and software practices.
• Shape an internal “ChatGPT-like” ecosystem that transforms how engineers and designers work every day.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in software engineering with deep experience in Python, plus strong skills in .NET or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG - whether from professional projects or personal innovation.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data synchronisation pipelines.
