The Role
Are you a strategic asset management professional with a passion for driving organisational excellence, systems integration, and data-driven decision-making?
The Town is seeking a Senior - Asset Management leader to oversee the development and delivery of our organisation-wide Asset Management Framework. This role will lead best-practice asset management initiatives, systems integration, governance, and continuous improvement to support the long-term sustainability of the Town's infrastructure and community assets.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead and enhance the Town's Asset Management Framework.
- Drive asset management systems, processes, and data integration.
- Provide strategic advice, governance, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Build stakeholder relationships and lead organisational capability and change initiatives.
- Manage and lead a small team of asset management professionals.
Additional Information
This role is ideally suited to residential candidates in Port Hedland. Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates based in Western Australia.
For remote arrangements, the Port Hedland Allowance and additional housing, utilities and relocation assistance is not applicable. WA-based remote employees will be offered a 24-month fixed-term contract, while residential employees residing in Port Hedland will be offered a permanent contract.

Preferred Required
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Degree qualifications in Asset Management, or related fields such as GIS, Information Systems, Project Management.
- Current 'C' Class driver's licence
- National Police Clearance (Town paid)
- Rights to work in Australia
