Job Title: Senior Associate (Senior Back-end Developer) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Back-end Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust back-end solutions that support our mobile applications and align with our business objectives. Key Responsibility: 1. Understand and analyze backend API needs for mobile apps to prepare and implement effective development plans. 2. Design and develop microservices APIs using frameworks like Django, NodeJS, and Spring Boot to support strategic business initiatives. 3. Build reusable code and libraries to optimize development efficiency and future scalability. 4. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic to enhance user experience. 5. Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard API integrity and user data. 6. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. 7. Maintain code using Git and write automated tests to ensure the highest quality of software products. 8. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. 9. Understand business requirements to create technical specifications that guide API development. 10. Deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure robust and scalable solutions. 11. Lead technical proof of concept (POC) projects to explore new technologies and methodologies. 12. Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and drive project teams. Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in back-end development, with a focus on API and web component development.
