Acorn Hill Animal Hospital , a trusted small animal practice in San Antonio, TX , is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian to lead & guide our practice, mentor our team, and shape the future of our hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical excellence with veterinary leadership and management . You’ll work alongside a dedicated Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager to set goals, develop strategies, and continue growing our hospital’s reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a talented team of associate veterinarians and support staff. Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure top-tier patient care and compliance. Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve hospital and operational goals. Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
