Senior Business Analyst (e-commerce)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with e-commerce expertise and platform knowledge to support our digital transformation efforts. The successful candidate should have solid knowledge of marketplace platform features and practical experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business team to gather and evaluate business needs, goals, and workflows
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather thorough and precise business requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to establish business requirements, ensuring business objectives align with technical solutions
• Utilize requirement-gathering methods, flow-chart development, and documentation practices to support successful project execution
• Handle competing requirements and priorities effectively through strong organizational abilities
• Adapt to uncertainty and shifting business priorities with flexibility
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders without technical backgrounds
• Deliver on deadlines and perform well under pressure, showing resilience in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience within e-commerce or digital transformation initiatives
• Background in digital marketing (including content management systems, PIM, DAM, and similar tools)
• Solid grasp of marketplace platform capabilities and e-commerce principles
• Practical experience working with both B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of their distinctions and complexities
• Skilled in requirement-gathering approaches, flow-chart creation, and documentation
• Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication skills capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational capabilities for managing various requirements and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience using requirements management and visualization platforms (such as JIRA and Confluence)
• Adaptable and flexible when dealing with ambiguous situations and evolving business needs
• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining resilience in a fast-moving setting
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
