Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition, functional design, and delivery assurance for Oracle ERP/Fusion initiatives across the HRMS and Finance modules. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams — converting business needs into clear functional documentation, supporting vendor evaluation through the RFP lifecycle, and validating delivered solutions through structured QA/UAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders across HR and Finance functions.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows for Oracle ERP/Fusion initiatives.
- Support the full RFP lifecycle: define functional requirements, evaluate vendor solutions, and coordinate stakeholder input through to selection.
- Plan and perform functional QA and UAT — design test scenarios, validate requirements against delivered functionality, and drive business sign-off.
- Coordinate between business and technical teams to keep delivery aligned on scope, timelines, and quality.
- Define and document requirements for third-party integrations with Oracle EBS/Fusion applications.
- Maintain requirement traceability and manage change from BRD through testing and go-live.
Required Technical Skills
- 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst with hands-on functional depth in Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance modules.
- Strong command of BRD writing, functional specifications, and business process documentation.
- Proven experience supporting RFP processes — requirement definition, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Functional QA/UAT expertise: test scenario design, execution, defect triage, and sign-off management.
- Solid understanding of core HR and Finance processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, procure-to-pay, record-to-report).
- Exposure to third-party integrations with Oracle EBS/Fusion applications is an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years in business analysis roles on enterprise ERP programmes, with senior stakeholder exposure.
- Clear communicator able to run workshops and translate between business and technical audiences.
- Structured and detail-oriented in documentation, traceability, and testing discipline.
- Comfortable operating onsite in a fast-moving, multi-team delivery environment.
